Our landlord tried to take advantage of me by keeping my security and fabricating reasons to retain it. The landlord also claimed that my family caused damages beyond normal wear and tear. I hired Ron and he brought a breach of lease cause of action against the landlord. Ron demonstrated to the Court that the alleged damages were not in fact beyond normal wear and tear. At the end of the summary process proceeding, the Court ruled that the landlord had to return my security. I don’t know what we would have done without Ron’s help. He guided my wife and I through every step and he explained everything in a thorough manner. Ron taught the Landlord quite a lesson and hopefully they will never again take advantage of a tenant.

We will definitely refer friends and family to you as we have many who are landlords and occasionally have similar issues. Unfortunately they usually let things drag out and have lost a lot of money and gained many gray hairs because they hesitate to hire a lawyer thinking that it is such a long drawn out process and that the courts always favor the tenant.
